Hospital Incident Command System (HICS)

The Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) training is an overview of the positions, processes, and forms utilized in our Hospital Command Center. The target audience is management and staff that would potentially fill a role in the Hospital Command Center, as well as staff that would like to learn more about the Incident Command System. Utilizing HICS in our Hospital Command Center helps us to operate more efficiently in responding to and recovering from incidents.
